The local name for this area is Sweetwater, Beaver Dam is like stepping back in time with easy access bordered by 2 state maintained paved rds. and a rough rd already in place. The neighbors tell me historically the land was known to have been lived on by the Indians who used the upper perimeter to scout out! The whole mountain has gentle topography while having a creek in the lower area and an eagles view from the top homesite. Keep your horses at the lower lot and build high and dry above! Did I mention no HOA, no water bills, no deed restrictions, mobile/modular ok! Can be split once - I am not interested in splitting it. Build off grid tiny homes, campers long term or STR no restrictions endless possibilities. The land needs to be groomed, the rough road and road to homesites also need grooming but they are in place. We have a friend who has been camping at the entrance but he is leaving soon and that is where the flat pad entrance to property (also great place for a gate) to park and walk the land explore the old logging roads that are in place. Regarding surface water there is a little creek but to create a pond will take some grading and thought, no representation is being made to surface water. We have determined from well digger location of future well site. There is no well, no septic installed and the survey is old our original we never had any well or septic drilled as the land has just sat unused. Buyer is responsible for well, septic and new survey.
