The POA maintains all private roads, including snow plowing, provides weekly trash pickup, 1 manned & 2 unmanned security gates with surveillance cameras, an internal mailbox center, & free WiFi at the clubhouse. The community is getting high-speed fiber-optic cable service by June 2024 with installation nearly completed. PHM is located within easy driving distance to Boone, Blowing Rock, Jeffersons, Wilkesboros, & area major attractions.
